PHILOSOPHY

Mental Health Solutions conducts comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and adults across all ages with a behavioral health diagnosis, clinical formulation and treatment recommendations.

Jackie believes in treating the whole person–mentally, emotionally, even physically–using genetic testing, psychopharmacological interventions, and medication management when necessary. She does not limit her practice to medication management, but assesses each child’s mental and emotional triggers, including family and school based stressors, as a means to develop a course of treatment for the child.
Collaboration is important. Using a family engagement framework and maintaining a positive collaborative relationship with primary care practitioners and key community partners–i.e. therapists, schools, hospitals etc.–ensures her patients experience improvements more quickly and effectively than working alone.

"Helping children & adults and their families build mental and emotional security through challenging times."
